Delivery
Please ensure all provided delivery details are full & correct, Dovers flowers ill not be responsible for the flowers going to the incorrect address. If the flowers are delivered to the correct address, but the recipient is away, unwilling to accept the flowers or lives elsewhere, Dovers Flowers are not responsible for a replacement.
Delivery is only available in the London Area to the listed postcodes, we may be able to arrange to deliver to other postcode at an extra cost. Please call for a quotation.
We will endeavour to deliver in the allocated time slot, however if there is an issue with timing we will contact the sender & recipient to arrange a suitable time.
If the recipient is not in when we deliver the flowers, they will be left with a neighbour or in a safe place. If the flowers are returned to the shop there is a redelivery charge of £9.00. The cost of the original delivery was included in the initial price.
We do not offer delivery outside of shop hours (9am – 6pm), on Bank Holidays or Sundays. Unless Valentines Day, Mothers Day or another such “Special occasion” should fall in or around these days/times.
Substitutions
We buy & stock fresh seasonal flowers & as such they are subject to availability. Dovers Flowers reserve the right to substitute flowers or foliage with an equivalent of equal or greater value without notice. Should we feel we cannot fulfil the order we will be in contact as soon as possible to discuss available options.

Amendments & cancellations
To cancel or change any part of an order, you must telephone us on 02078348784 3 hours before the delivery time.
Returns & refunds
Due to the perishable nature of flowers please be advised that they are non-refundable. If your order is incorrect, damaged or you are not satisfied please call Dovers Flowers within 24 hours of receipt & we can discuss a possible replacement or refund.
